WAKE - UP / SUN YOGA
This WAKE UP/SUN YOGA class gives breath and flow to the twelve postures of yoga. You will become familiar with each movement as you extend or stretch, and exhale as you fold or contract. This WAKE UP YOGA builds strength and increases flexibility in your body. There is a mental awakening with this type of yoga. This class is ideal for the early riser or a before work stress releaser. WAKE UP YOGA class is for you if you are a student with high energy that needs to learn to relax.

SPIRITUAL YOGA
Spiritual Yoga is a type of yoga is holds poses over long periods versus moving quickly from one pose to the next (flow). It integrates the inside and outside of your world through postures.  This class will explore meditation/yoga for you and how it change your perceptions. Meditation is an integral part of this yoga. This yoga class uses yoga blankets, blocks and straps to align the body.
MEDITATION CLASS
Meditation Class is usually passive or receptive for you. The best intentions are from the heart or the center of our being. Our bodies move through yoga lovingly to create insight and understanding for others in the world community. Mediation brings visualization of healing through hearing and feeling through one to others in the world. Yoga postures take on a new meaning as well as visualization through the heart to the spirit. Meditation gives clear thought, vision, and renewed spirit. Mindful breathing brings one back to center where there is a feeling of stillness, peace and joy. Come one, come all.

SENIOR YOGA
Senior Yoga is new program paradigm that integrates the mind, body, and spirit through a series of poses that gives your body complete range of motion. It is particularly for individuals that are new to Yoga and want a new way of exercising their mind and body. Let me show you how to relax and strengthen your body. There is particular attention paid to each individual with their individual needs.

PARTNER YOGA
This yoga class will have you touch the surface of your love to stir the depths of the soul. Partnership is based on open communication and trust. You move through postures which takes focus and motivation. It takes laughter and play for partnership on and off the mat.

ATHLETIC YOGA
Athletic or Ashtanga Yoga this yoga style is a rigorous system of ‘yoga-based’ physical exercises, were specifically designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. “This is quite evident in the practice, which consists of a set series of poses, which are always performed in the same order. You will move from one posture to the next in a continual flow, while at the same time linking movements to breath. This practice is called a ‘vinyasa’.Intermediate and beginner levels are welcome. We will incorporate power and strength poses to get a sense of accomplishment.

YOGA FLOW

Gentle Restorative Yoga or Hatha yoga is most people are familiar with today. This yoga practices of some form or another, namely the practices of yoga asana (poses), and pranayama yoga (breathing).But traditional hath a yoga is a holistic yogic path that includes the moral disciplines of yamas and niyama, physical exercises such as asana and kinas, as well as pranayama. The hatha yoga predominantly practiced in the West today, however, consists of mostly asana. Additionally, there are classes suited for physical disabilities and depression, and anxiety, this class is good for beginners and intermediate level.
