How can yoga help?

A yoga program can bring the simple techniques of mindful and relaxed presence into every moment of the day. Students will begin to feel more connected to their bodies once again and to the people in their lives. A feeling of joyful aliveness begins to permeate the workplace, while employee relations improve and flourish.

Some of the immediate benefits to the students are:

How do we get started?

It’s easy to get started since yoga is an activity that needs little equipment. You will need a
room away from the regular bustle to do yoga. Yoga by Robin will provide a well-trained, qualified teacher and handle all the administrative details such as liability insurance, billing, teacher training and scheduling.  A yoga mat is the only other essential. These can be purchased from Yoga for Robin in bulk by their individually by the student.

How often, how much?

Yoga by Robin will tailor onsite classes to fit your needs .Considerations is how many students you have, what hours of the day they are available, and where the classes will be held.
Yoga by Robin will work out a schedule for you with fees that are approximately $5.00 per person for an hour-long class.                                        

Who is Yoga by Robin?

Yoga by Robin is dedicated to helping people live happier, healthier lives.  Using ancient
techniques in a modern context, Yoga by Robin's highly trained teachers have learned to adapt
Yoga practices to the needs of their students without losing the teachings’ authenticity or his/her original intent.

Yoga by Robin has several classes a week taught by excellent and skilled teachers.  Monthly
workshops are offered on stress-relieving topics such as “Heart-Centered Breathing” and “Yoga
Nidra.” Yoga by Robin also offers prenatal classes. We are an area provider in New Jersey for Developmental Disabilities as well.
