If you are sluggish, toxic, unhealthy, stressed and anxious and you are ready to commit to changing to healthy, peaceful, joyful and energetic come join us for 6 week life changing makeover. Become vivacious in your mind body and spirit.

8-Week Course on Ayurvedic

Ayurvedic is a system of medicine with modernized practices derived from ancient traditions and are a type of complementary or alternative medicine.  Ayurvedic is concerned with the eight principal branches of medicine: pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, ophthalmology, geriatrics, otolaryngology (ear nose, and throat), general medicine and surgery.

This eight week class is designed to introduce the basic concepts of Ayurvedic and how it can be applied to everyday life to improve your overall health and wellness.
Over the eight weeks, we will discuss:

  • Five elements of Man
  • The human constitution
  • Disease process
  • Attributes
  • Diagnoses
  • Treatment
  • Healing Recipes

Cost per session: $10 for members, $20 for non-members

Prenatal Yoga Classes

Prenatal Yoga classes focus on body alignment, breathing techniques, postures and relaxation techniques.

This class is designed to quiet the mind while preparing for labor and birth. The physical benefits of prenatal yoga:

  • Relieves lower back pain and sciatica
  • Teaches proper body alignment
  • Increases overall strength, flexibility and well-being
  • Participating in a group class offers community support to help guide a student through the process of giving birth

This gentle class uses props to help modify the poses for comfort and ease

Time; 11-12 Saturday from 10:30 am to 11:30 am

Yoga: Mommy/Daddy & Me

Yoga: Parent & Infant Yoga provides individual, regular classes and specialty classes. Dad/Mom and Baby Yoga is a type of partner yoga class that will open up communications and trust. You move through postures which takes focus and motivation. It takes laughter and play for partnership on and off the mat. Yoga is meditation, breathing, and movement

This class runs 8 Weeks:
Thursday: 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Ages: 3months to 2 years of age as well as 3-5 groups
Location: Yoga by Robin, 25 East Main Street, Marlton, NJ
Price : $14. Drop- in or $108 for 8 weeks (1 class /week)

October Classes for Yoga for Children

Who: Two groups Ages 4-7, 7-10

When:  45 minutes. Wednesdays at 4:30 to 5:15

Cost: 10 dollars a class

Where: Yoga by Robin, 19 East Main Street, Unit 2

Description:  This 4-week course is designed to help teach children relaxation techniques and explore beginning yoga poses in a fun, safe environment.  It will include the following:

  • Using stories and song to introduce them to beginning yoga postures
  • Teaching self-calming techniques
  • Introducing them to basic concepts of deep breathing
  • Increasing core strength and balance
  • Playing games to promote motor planning skills and to get children comfortable with moving their bodies in their own space.
